Vintage 60's white and blue dress - $36 found here
Vintage ships wheel earrings - $14 found here
Sailboat print sundress - $40 found hereI know most of you are gearing up for fall, thinking about tweed, and sweaters, and cute little opaque tights. But a few of us, who live in the hotter areas of the country, we still have a good 2-3 months to wear our summer clothes. I thought I would do this post to represent the last official month of summer that we will be going into.
I love nautical items, the crispness of the red, white and blue theme, with the little additions of anchor and sailboat motifs. It's something that is truly classic and will never leave fashion.
Here are a few vintage items I've gathered from Etsy, I hope you find something you enjoy!

I am CRAZY about nautical themes! Thanks for including my crop top amongst all these great items :)

ReplyDeleteBeautiful! It's obvious you took a long time to find such pretty items! (BTW - the sailor pants are a fave of mine...been wearing them since '95 when I found them for $1 each at a local military surplus store...then a couple years later all the designers were doing them and the price shot up...you can find them at Col. Bubbie's online [love the name!] for around $30 - $45 a pair: http://www.colbubbie.com/collectors.aspx...or on Ebay!) They fit like a dream with the corset-lacing in the back and the wide leg. Gorge!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your kind comment re: my 1st nasty comment on my blog!
